Home Finders Coastal, The Mandate Company, sells and lets property in Shelly Beach, Margate, Uvongo and the surrounding South Coast. As IT and website manager I own the site end to end: hosting, the listing platform, search, agent and branch pages, and the design language across every touchpoint.
The home page opens on a full-screen search with buy/rent toggle, location, type, bedrooms, bathrooms and a price range slider, so visitors get to listings in one step. Behind it sit For Sale, To Rent, HFC Exclusive and Sold sections, agent profiles and branch pages.
Alongside the site I designed the agency’s brand identity, brochures, social visuals and motion graphics. SEO and accessibility work grew organic traffic by 30%, and campaign creative lifted social engagement by 45%.
