Overview
CoreX OS replaces the pile of disconnected tools a real estate agency normally juggles with one platform built around four connected pillars: Property, Contact, Deal and Agent. Change one thing and everything downstream reacts. A property update syndicates to the portals, re-ranks matched buyers and updates the file reference automatically.
I co-founded RR Technologies and co-build the platform end to end: the Laravel and MySQL backend, the Blade and Alpine.js interface, the document and e-signature flows, and the Linux infrastructure it runs on. Ellie, the built-in AI assistant, is grounded in South African property law so agents get answers about FICA, POPIA, the PPA and CPA that are actually correct.
Compliance is not a bolt-on. FICA, POPIA, PPRA/FFC and Property Practitioners Act tracking is built into the workflows, with granular roles, permissions and multi-branch support so agencies of any size can run on it.
